We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
How to start a return
Email j39918224@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo for a free replacement or full refund.
Hygiene note
For health and hygiene reasons, opened personal-care products can only be refunded if defective.
