Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the funds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, used products may be subject to review. Returns requested after 30 days or items damaged through misuse may not qualify for a full refund.
